Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on hp888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your hp888 account credentials with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You must notify hp888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat.
• hp888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

hp888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hp888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your hp888 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. hp888 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or the user's banking institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to hp888's verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• hp888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing fees, if any, are as published in the hp888 Cashier section.
• hp888 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match your hp888 account name.

All funds deposited to hp888 are held in designated player accounts and are used solely for the purpose of gaming activity. hp888 does not use player funds for operating expenses.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on hp888 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

hp888 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles and table games are as published by the respective game providers. Results are final once a game round or bet is settled.

• Bets may not be cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted by game or sportsbook rules.

hp888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account as bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hp888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using offensive, abusive, or harassing language directed at hp888 staff or other players.

hp888 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void bets, and withhold or forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed, pending investigation. hp888 may also refer matters to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms
